Which tokens

The QuoteRegistry holds an owner-curated, append-only list of allowed quotes, each with its Chainlink USD feed. A quote can be disabled for new launches but never removed, and disabling new launches does not disable existing pools. The launch form lists what is currently allowed.

Opening price

Every launch opens at a fixed $10,000 fully-diluted valuation. The factory reads the quote's fresh USD price from the feed (reverting on a stale, paused or zero answer) and sets the pool's opening tick so that 1,000,000,000 tokens are worth $10,000 in that quote.

24/7 trading

Existing coin pools price swaps through their AMM liquidity and trade independently of stock market hours. A stale USD feed or an oracle pause does not block buys or sells.

The operational buy guard still checks sequencer availability and the issuer's token pause. Network outages, insufficient liquidity or issuer transfer restrictions may prevent swaps in either direction.

A fresh USD feed is still required to launch a new pool at its opening valuation. Older deployed contracts retain their original guards until migrated; the app respects their on-chain status.
